Production and stock areas are defined and addressed in the Sense4 Operations Application Package.

Material Tracking and Level Monitoring

Material handling trolleys and material bins are tagged with Sense4 Wireless IOT Tags. Material quantities are monitored by level sensors.

The locations of the Cart or Supply Bins are tracked and visualized in the facility's Digital Twin View.

Warehouse Work Order Automation

In case the material level in the production area decreases, a material preparation work order is created automatically. Relevant people are informed and synchronization with ERP is provided.

Warehouse Work Order Status Tracking

Warehouse product preparation process is followed and recorded.

The arrival of the materials to the production area is automatically detected and recorded.

ERP Material Movement Automation

ERP stock updates are performed automatically with material movements in the field.

The machine area is marked with Anchor.
Level sensor measures the product level inside the bins
When the level reaches the critical level, a warning message is sent to the material supply team.
After the warning, full and empty bin transactions are monitored.

Scenario 2

The machine area is marked with Anchor.
The location information is automatically updated when the Material Bin/Cart enters the “to be processed” field.
When the Bin moved to the “processed product” area, the Bin location information is updated and a warning is sent to the logistics department.
After the warning, full and empty Bin/Cart movements are monitored.
